INSURANCE AND PAYMENTS We believe that you deserve the best care and that's why our office will always provide you with the best dental care possible to treat your personal situation. Each year we provide outstanding dental care to hundreds of patients. Some have dental benefits most don't. If you have dental benefits, congratulations, you are lucky.We will be happy to file your primary insurance claim as a courtesy. However, we do require that our patients pay for their estimated portion on the date of service. We do not guarantee that your insurance will cover the remaining balance. You will be responsible for any charges that are not covered. Any secondary insurance will need to be filed by the patient. Your dental insurance is based upon a contract between your employer and the insurance company. We believe excellent dental care is available
with or without insurance benefits. We hope you will choose the best
that dentistry has to offer. |
